I have to disagree with you on this one, Zanz. I think a lot will depend on whether Disney feels the need to change anything.
If they keep the characters as is and market them as Marvel has then it is going to be a big boost to Disney to have those characters at their disposal. It is going to take some getting used to seeing them as Disney.

Disney has a tendency to "Disnify" everything they get their hands on. They pretty much sanitize the fun out of stuff. Next we'll see Spiderman giving crooks a stern talking to in lieu of a face full of fist.
I'm going to try not to be too down on this until I see what happens, but my initial reaction when I heard about this earlier was one of sadness and semi-mourning.
I guess that new kingdom hearts game might now be interesting :)
