DK-Only Flying Mount Available to All?

The only reason that the Winged Steed of the Ebon Blade was DK-only was that nobody else could get to the vendor that sells it.  With the ability to fly in the old world starting on the 7th, does this mean that anyone can get to the vendor and buy the mount?  Something to think about, for those that are trying to increase their mount totals.
