Time is fast approaching again for the most elusive mount that is still available in the game.

It's still anywhere from 1 in 3333 chances to 1 in 5000 chances on getting one. Blizzard has made no
comments on upping the drop percentages (at this time).

As for the 6th year it has been available, the same wishes are conveyed:

To the best of my knowledge, no one in the guild got it. I didn't even see someone else in any of the groups get it, either.
