1.  Can curse of tounges slow down hunters aimed and steady shots

2.  Are hunters vulnerable to silence?

Hunters are SEMI-Vulnerable to silence.  Some of our spells/skills won't work while silenced, but others will.

As far as Curse of Tongues slowing down our Steady/Aimed shots...I'm not sure.  Easy thing to test, though.  Set up a mock-duel.

Never studied the issue, but I would assume, from the powers that promote sanity, that CoTounges would not impare a hunter's aimed/steady shots.......Not unless they threw in something silly like having to humm the jingle music from Jepordy while activating it.  :D
