Looking for group for high level instances.  Im looking for anyone over 76 i will be more than willing to tank the instances so i need 2-3 dps and a healer.

Try private messaging and reading guild chat.  You've missed two open invitations so far to group invites from me and you responded once when we were 1/4 done the instance the the other when we already had 5 and we were summoning to the zone.

The best time to ask is when there is a multitude of classes on. Couple of healers, dps (at least 3), or whatever your preference. When there's only a handful on, it's kind of difficult if they're all in the middle of something. Some can drop things as they are. Others, need some time to be available.

In ANY case, a good method is to link the actual quest and asks who needs it as well as any other quest needed for that instance. I've run through both less than a handful of times and the xp is by far, faster than questing. Not to mention the profession drops, world drops and boss drops. Keep those things in mind when gathering a group. Most importantly is patience. It might not come in a couple of minutes, or hours, or even that day, but it will come. I've waited almost a solid year to get three heroic instances in the 'done' pile, but that was due to 'do-ability' and getting others who felt confident enough to give it a try. Don't give up or get frustrated. Your time, as well as others, is coming due to finish the line and move on to bigger/better things.
