Unable to connect to Durotan

Anyone else having this problem right now?  I'm able to get into other servers just fine, but not Durotan.

And naturally I can't get ANY help from the Blizz tech support staff again.  Whatever they're being paid needs to be halved to go along with the work they actually do.

Nope.  And still no response from Blizz.  I'm pretty sure it's a hop between their server and my computer (and it's a hop in the US...I think it's Cox cable or something) and I've said as much.  They could at least say they'll try contacting that ISP.
