The only achievements I actively pursue are ones that get me something at the end of it, be it a title, pet or mount.

Speaking of mounts, screw you Blizzard for giving that AWESOME 2-seater rocket to your Recruit-A-Friend program instead of to engineers where it belongs.

So, anyone have a friend I can recruit? :P

They just delayed that new mount indefinately.  :-\

Well, I read that it was delayed, but I don't expect it to be delayed TOO long.  A month or so at the outside.  It's going to be a serious money-makier for them, because tons of people are going to recruit themselves (and pay the 45$ or however much it costs to get another account up and running and paid for for 2 months) just to get it.  Then they'll get to say their subscriptions have increased a ton, and the stockholders will all get boners.

I hate thinking about the business side of Blizz.  It almost makes me forget how awesome their games can be.

Yeah, you're right Ben. I got my Zevra (or whatever it is called) a few months back when I got a friend from work to join. He now has a DK in more ICC gear than me.  >:( I wish that whenever they put the new mount ingame that they would let me trade my dumb horned zebra for that new mount.

I'll just wait til next V'day cycle  to come around and try for the pink rocket mount. I paid for those two pets when it was for charity, but that's where I draw the line. No more.

It's funny how Blizzard will ban accounts that swap in-game stuff for real money, but yet they are cranking up the exact same tactics on their own end. One might say 'that's their right, it's their game'.........I just think it's a bunch of hypocracy, but that's only my opinion.

They can keep their zebras and 2-man rockets. I'll find another way.


BTW, with every multi-passanger mount, the driver has the option to 'eject' the rider...................with this two-man flying rocket mount.............well, you get the picture.  ;)
