Well, I don't know how many of you had the 'experience' of the plethera of twisters this past week. Tennessee got about 60 of them. About 5-6 went through some part of our county, before it was all over with. Small patches of areas, subdivisions got hit. Suprisingly enough, I didn't get hit by any of it, but I got to see a couple of subdivisions that had trees on houses. Most looked like 'less than severe' structural damage. Asplund (however you spell it) trucks were out in force, along with D.O.T. trucks, cleaning up the mess.

That's pretty much it. Alot of wind. Alot of rain. No damage, but I still can't get connected, yet.
The two most abundant things in the universe are hydrogen and stupidity.
Stupidity has no cool down timer.

Glad you and your family are safe, Zanzier. That weather system was brutal.

I don't even want to think about it.  April 15, 5 miles north.  3 killed, E1.  April 27, 6 killed 9 miles east.  E4.  That one took off a tiny bit of siding of our house.  But we were blessed.

So far, 250 confirmed dead, 400+ missing just in the state of Alabama.  Working in insurance, I'm getting daily stories of horror and of hope.

But the "Bama gang" made it through safe.  Some of my work acquaintances in North Alabama didn't.  Friends of friends, relatives of friends didn't.  All of my friends made it through though a few are injured.

So keep the South in your thoughts and send some vibes our way.

Roll Tide.

Glad you, Mike, and your son are ok. I thought about you guys as the storm missed us here on the coast and rolled through your area. I was watching live radar as the system moved through. Julia said she had contact with you and that you guys were safe.
