Hey all.

This is just an invitation for RTC members and friends of the clan to join me on the Alliance side of things if you happen to have an alt there.  I started an Alliance alt about a month or so ago to get out of the rut I was in with my Horde character(s), and it's been a nice change.

This is by no means a recruitment drive, though if we have enough folks playing as Alliance perhaps we could put together an informal non-raid guild or such.  This is also no replacement or substitute for RTC.  Many of you have characters that are maxed out at 70 and you've done almost everything you wanted to do with them apart from the weekly RTC raids.  Others are just a bit burnt out and need a change of scenery once in a while.  My only goal here is to extend the aforementioned invitation for those of you who fit in those (or similar) categories to join me from time to time with your Alliance alts for a bit of fun/group quests.  Currently I have a level 64 Draenae (I'll never spell that right) Hunter named Deboder specializing in Gnomish engineering, and I may make another char for the hell of it at a later date.

With the advent of the "quicker and easier" pre-60 level grind I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to see who among you is interested.  If so, feel free to contact me in-game with your Alliance alts so I can add you to my friends list.  As I said before, if we get enough people perhaps we can have a little mini-guild to hang out and joke around together in.  This would NOT, however, be a raid guild.  If it comes together, it'll just be a meeting place...with a shiny tabard.

Bear in mind that Blizzard changed a few things so you can't send yourself money or items using the neutral AH's.  You are now unable to buy your own auctions even across factions.  Therefore, if anyone wants to twink an Alliance alt, I'll be happy to facilitate the process for you by being the "middle man" in any transactions you want to make.  If you want money from your Horde char sent to your Alliance char, have your Alliance char set up an auction (bearing in mind that the neutral AH takes 15% of the final sale) and then send Benggaul (Horde) a mail with the money for the auction included so I can buy your char's auction.  You are, of course, welcome to make other arrangements as well.

So that's the gist of it.  If you're just looking to fill time between RTC raids/group activities or just want something new for a little while or whatever, look me up.  It'd be nice to chat with my old friends again.

I stuck with the class I liked best and that I could level the fastest (moot point now).  I'll probably end up making a Gnome Mage or Warlock later down the line.

I have one Alliance toon that has been untouched for about 7 months. Human paladin named Nobilius. Made him for the express purpose of looking up AH prices on the Alliance side, although really never had the urge to play him when I see him on my login screen. He's level 4, and I kid-you-not...........looks like the poster child for a Lifesavers' candy commercial. 4 rainbow striped colors and all. In any case, don't know if I will ever play him. No real urge right now since I just got my BE pally into outlands <I'm a slacker>. :D

Demon, I know there are at least a couple other people with Alliance toons, but I'm not sure whether they play them anymore or not.  Like Zan, they may have just created them to get some intel.  Who knows?

At any rate, if you want to group up for some quests sometime when I'm on, let me know.  I'm still only 64, but I expect to be 66ish by the weekend. :)

I am in a deep rut, and especially after some of the nerfs/buffs that really have changed a few aspects of gameplay. I might come over and start a draeni or nightelf hunter. Maybe we can start Blue Thunder Clan :S haha.

Slim, either say what you have to say or just refrain from saying "I'm not going to say what I want to say".  As far as PvP is concerned, I generally don't.  When I feel like competing against other people I play an FPS...usually Battlefield 1942.  It's an oldie, but it's still a goodie.

Beo, I still play my Horde chars...and will play them even more once I've reached 70 with this guy (and get my engineer-copter built!  Whee!)  I just needed a change for a while, and for the most part it's been nice.  I just had to remember to turn General chat off in the beginning. :)  Unfortunately my play times are so different from most of you I never get to see you guys which is the main reason I left anyway, so chances are you won't even know when I'm on Ben.  :)

Osche, I thought you had already started an Alliance char a while back?  Something fruity like "Blueflower" or somesuch.  Maybe I'm thinking of someone else. :)
